Privacy matters.
This template describes the intended website/dashboard data flows. The operator should review it for their actual deployment and legal obligations before publishing.
Information processed
The dashboard uses Discord OAuth to identify your account and retrieve the servers you can manage. The bot may process Discord user IDs, guild IDs, configuration values, command interactions and logs needed to provide its features. Premium requests record the requester, target server, selected plan, price, request status and timestamps.
Cookies and session
The dashboard sets an HttpOnly session cookie and an OAuth state cookie for sign-in safety. In this source release, dashboard sessions are held in the bot process memory and expire after eight hours; a bot restart may invalidate signed-in sessions. The operator should deploy behind HTTPS.
Use and sharing
Data is used for dashboard access, bot operation, support, abuse prevention, Premium request review and audit logging. Premium requests may be sent to the configured private Discord channel and configured owner accounts. Discord and any configured database/hosting providers process data under their own terms.
Retention and security
Retention depends on the bot operator's database and log retention settings. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details or unrelated sensitive information through support channels. No web page can promise absolute security.
