These are starter terms for the project owner to review and finalize before accepting money or making commercial commitments.
Service availability
ONYX features depend on Discord APIs, the bot host, the database and optional third-party services. Temporary outages or disabled external integrations can affect availability. No uninterrupted service guarantee is made by this template.
Premium plans and billing
Plan names, prices, durations and launch discounts are shown on the Premium page and may change before an order is accepted. Requests in this source release are manually reviewed; no payment gateway or automated payment confirmation is included. Do not assume access has been granted until the dashboard shows approved status.
Promotions
Launch availability is limited to the first 10 eligible requests according to the backend counter. Owner-created promotional offers apply only to the plans, dates and usage limits configured for the offer. The amount shown in the accepted request is the amount used for manual review.
Acceptable use
Do not use the bot to harass users, evade Discord rules, collect data without authorization or automate harmful activity. Server owners remain responsible for their server configuration, staff permissions, moderation decisions and any data shared through channels.
Support and changes
Developer support may be subject to a published coverage policy. Do not imply a response-time promise unless the operator has explicitly set one. Operators should add legal contact, refund, cancellation and jurisdiction rules before commercial launch.
